Shot blasting machine

Features：
Rotoblast machine is mainly used to purge the surface rust of welded component, H-shaped billet bar, box iron, angle iron, steel plate, etc. After the treatment by rotoblast, the surface of structure is optimized and accordingly the antirust property is improved.
Technical specifications:
1、Suitable specifications of workpiece
   1) steel:  width ≤1600mm
                    Thickness 6-30mm
                    length ≥3000mm
   2) section steel: max section size (width×height) ≤800×1600mm
      steel tube, angle steel, groove, “ I “ shaped steel and H Beam:  length ≥3000mm
      steel structure: max section size(width×height) ≤800×1600mm
                  length ≥3000mm (work piece that could be running on the conveyor)
2、Steel piece and the rotorblasting quality grade:
         the rotorblast side reaches ISO850-1：1988 A-B Sa2-Sa2.5 grade
3、work piece processing speed: Double way running and stepless speed converting
         V=0.6-3.0m/min
4、rotor blast material: high strength steel rotor, with hardness of ≥45HRC
         Rotor size: Φ1.5mm，the rotor could also be put in steel silk rotor, rhombic rotor, but the participation quantity shall not exceed 20％ of the whole quantity.
5、the total capacity of the rotorblast room:  About 118kW
6、Electrical power condition: 380V/3phase/50HZ or as per customer’s requirement.
